This position will assist Korean-speaking baseball players in interpreting, translating, and gaining English literacy comprehension and literacy skills to support a successful baseball career.  In addition to providing language assistance, the individual will help bridge cultural differences, build meaningful relationships, and offer consistent guidance throughout the player development process. Residence in Arizona required.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as Korean language translator for minor league players throughout the year.
• Interpret for players during team meetings and workshops.
• Translate necessary documents that are being shared with minor league players.
• Facilitate effective communication between players, Player Development and High-Performance staff.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual Korean (read/write) required.
