The Stadium Operations Intern supports the daily operation and maintenance of Wilson Warbirds Stadium, helping prepare the facility for games and events while ensuring a clean, safe, and fan‑friendly environment. This role provides hands‑on experience in event operations, facility upkeep, and gameday coordination within a fast‑paced sports setting.

• Assist the Stadium Operations Assistant with daily stadium cleaning, pressure washing, and overall facility readiness.
• Support execution of all Warbirds facility events by helping with event setup, guest services, ticket scanning, parking operations, cleaning, and other event‑day responsibilities.
• Contribute to the routine maintenance and upkeep of Wilson Warbirds Stadium to ensure a safe, clean, and fan‑ready environment.
• Help coordinate and supervise stadium and gameday operations staff
• Safely operate power tools—including drills, table saws, and pressure washers—to complete minor carpentry, painting, and repair projects as needed.
• Collaborate with the Clean Team during games to lead and manage the containment and cleanup of biohazards according to safety procedures.
• Assist with field tarp duties as necessary

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate an eye for detail and the ability to maintain timelines and schedules
• Prior experience in stadium operations roles preferred

Education and/or Experience

Must be currently enrolled at, or recently graduated from, an accredited college or university pursuing a degree or course work related to the functions of the position.

Work Hours                                                          

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours required on weekends, evenings and some holidays. Must be available for most Warbirds home games and special events.
