Box Office Attendants are responsible for selling game tickets to patrons at live gate ticket windows. They will manage a designated ticket bank, process transactions through the ticketing system, and ensure accurate and efficient service. Attendants will provide excellent customer service, answer ticket-related inquiries, and assist with resolving any ticketing issues as needed.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training
Work Hours
Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.
Must have availability to work all home games and most special events.
