Job Description

The Parking Supervisor serves as the Wilson Warbirds’ on-site representative at city-managed parking lots operated by a third-party vendor. This role ensures a positive guest experience by monitoring vendor performance, addressing operational issues, and communicating improvements or concerns to both internal staff and the parking operator.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Wilson Warbirds at assigned parking locations
  • Monitor third-party parking vendor operations to ensure compliance with service standards
  • Assist customers with parking related questions, concerns, or issues
  • Communicate and report operational challenges, opportunities, and recommendations to management
  • Oversee and train Parking Shuttle Attendants to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Collaborate with parking operator to address and resolve issues promptly
  • Respond to incidents and coordinate with Wilson Police Department or emergency personnel when necessary
  • Provide post-event feedback and operational reports to the Manager – Gameday Event Operations

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Previous management experience in parking operations, event operations, customer service, or security preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with fans, city staff, police, and 3rd party vendors
  • Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions in fast-paced situations
  • Ability to identify operational or safety issues
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s license and Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (MBBC) satisfactory driving record are required

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Work Hours                                                          

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.

Must have availability to work most games and special events
