Job Description

The Clubhouse Attendant supports the daily operations of the clubhouse during home games and team events. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment to ensure a positive experience for players, coaches, and staff. The position assists with equipment management, laundry services, and other logistical needs, contributing to the overall success of team operations.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist the Clubhouse Manager with daily operations tasks including inventory of supplies, uniforms, and equipment
  • Perform other clubhouse related duties, including laundry, folding towels, restocking, and inventory of team issued gear
  • Set up and break down clubhouse areas for games, events, and team activities
  • Maintain clubhouse cleanliness including vacuuming, polishing cleats, and removing trash
  • Keep track of dugout related needs during games from coaches, players, and staff
  • Throw batting practice (BP) to players during pre-game or training sessions as needed
  • Assist with field tarp duties as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support dugout, bullpen and clubhouse operations

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior Clubhouse experience preferred
  • Ability to take instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid Driver’s license and Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (MBBC) satisfactory driving record are required for any driving responsibilites

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Work Hours                                                          

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.

Must have availability to work most games and special events.
