As part of Player Development, the Minor League Pitching Coach is tasked with the oversight and development of a minor league pitching staff, providing individualized feedback to players while collaborating closely with managers, coaches, and other organizational stakeholders. This coach prepares professional pitchers for success at the highest level by partnering with players and assisting them with pre-game instruction, in-game execution, and post-game analysis.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate closely with Pitching Leadership and Player Development Leadership to ensure organizational development plans for each pitcher, as established by the front office, are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Manage organizational pitching parameters and monitor adherence to individual player plans.
• Lead detailed and comprehensive discussions with players related to their prescribed development focuses in a digestible and actionable manner. 

The ideal candidate will have Three years of successful baseball related coaching and/or playing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
