Job Description

The Coordinator—Digital Marketing supports the Director—Digital Marketing Experience and Senior Director—Marketing in executing the Club’s digital strategy. This role focuses on implementing user experience and content plans and running campaigns across platforms like the MLB Ballpark App, SMS, Brewers.com, and email. Ensures projects align with brand standards and strategic priorities. Requires a proactive mindset and passion for digital engagement and fan experience.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned:

  • Assist with management, content updates, and execution of digital fan engagement strategies for the following platforms:
    • MLB Ballpark App: maintain ballpark information and game tickets for fans
    • SMS campaigns: promote ticket sales, gameday experiences, and other key initiatives.
    • Brewers.com: work closely with MLB digital counterparts, MBBC Ticket Operations and in collaboration with marketing team on timely and relevant content updates, including ticket promotions and events.
    • Email: build and deploy all targeted email campaigns, working with the Business Analytics team to determine and pull targeted send lists.
  • Use Monday.com to lead project management for execution of campaign assets and other deliverables across the Brewers digital channels as outlined above, working across the marketing department to assign tasks and track progress of projects.
  • Collaborate with MLB Advanced Media to ensure brand alignment and web standards compliance for Brewers.com pages and site structure.
  • Monitor the above mentioned platforms’ performance and make data-informed content optimizations as assigned.
  • Analyze the UX experience and how users move through our website and app to improve UX and suggest content updates.
  • Support Social Media team by pulling data, creating performance presentations and assisting in game coverage.
  • Manage the promotional product matrix document, where in-game digital signage and broadcast assets are scheduled for each game/series to support ticket sales.
    • Determine with sales and marketing stakeholders what assets will be promoted in the ballpark for home games all season.
    • Traffic all digital and copy assets for in-game promotions (scoreboard graphics, LEDs, reads/drops, etc.) to the control room and broadcast partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B. A) from four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising or Media; or minimum of one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates with a working knowledge of email marketing platforms, SMS marketing strategy, and web CMS platforms, and project management tools are preferred.
