Job Description

As part of the Spring Training Business Operations team, the Coordinator – Spring Training Business Operations, will work closely with the Director – Spring Training Business Operations and Community Engagement on day-to-day business operations, while also managing game day personnel during all Milwaukee Brewers spring training home games and events.

 

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships in the Maryvale Community to assist in marketing Milwaukee Brewers spring training home games
  • Assist in driving new business at Phoenix Spring Training Facility
  • Assist in developing and updating game day operations 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or one to three years in related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in marketing, ticket sales, customer service, and leadership roles as well as the ability to communicate effectively preferred.
