Job Description

The Milwaukee Brewers 4-1-Force is made of entertainers that represent our diverse community and have a passion for bringing energy, excitement, and team spirit to every Brewers game. The boundless enthusiasm of our 4-1-Force is an integral part of the fan experience at American Family Field, directly impacting the enjoyment of all guests at the ballpark through dancing, t-shirt tosses and engaging with fans inside and outside of American Family Field.

 

The 4-1-Force will also represent the Brewers in our community, supporting experiences throughout Milwaukee at local festivals, events, and mascot appearances.

 

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform as an integral part of the Milwaukee Brewers Entertainment team at all “A” – Home Milwaukee Brewers Games (See below for “A”-highlighted game schedule)
  • Entertain and interact with fans at Brewers games, helping to create an overall fun atmosphere
  • Showcase a positive, upbeat attitude and outgoing personality while representing the Brewers
  • Lead rally moments that engage thousands of fans on the dugout and throughout the ballpark
  • Manage concourse activities, contests, and mascot events
  • Assist with the execution of in-game promotions and contests
  • Represent the Club while creating a fun atmosphere at public, private and community events
  • Contribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance the fan experience at American Family Field
  • Act as an ambassador of the Brewers organization, ensuring a positive representation of the Club

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation and live in Milwaukee area year-round
  • Candidates must provide availability for 40 out the 50 “A” home Milwaukee Brewers Games. ("A"-highlighted game schedule below)
  • Candidates must be willing to commit to 75% of Brewers offsite entertainment events during the regular season (including weekdays and weekends)
  • Must demonstrate the ability to be comfortable in large crowds
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-attendance environment
  • Demonstrated ability to be welcoming, outgoing, energetic, and display a positive attitude with fans
  • Candidates should be innovative and bring on-going creativity to enhance the overall gameday atmosphere
  • Cheerleading, dance experience, and theater is not required, but is a plus
  • Candidates must be available for a first round call on January 10th and an audition at American Family Field on January 15th or 16th. Auditions include, but are not limited to, game-day tasks such as, hyping the crowd, waving large flags, and entertaining on the dugout

Work Hours                                                     

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Candidates must provide availability for 40 out the 50 “A” home Milwaukee Brewers Games. (“A”-highlighted game schedule below) Must be available to arrive up to two and a half hours prior to game time.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus
