Summary Coordinate all Guest Experience opportunities at Miller Park and ensuring all guests receive the highest levels of hospitality and customer service.

Directly supervise 15-20 part-time employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education and/or Experience
Associates degree from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience in event planning, customer service and/or hospitality; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to learn and work with computer programs that are necessary for processing of event reservations and payments.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings, some holidays and during some games.
