    Summary   Coordinate all Guest Experience opportunities at Miller Park and ensuring all guests receive the highest levels of hospitality and customer service. 

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.

    • Coordinate and book Guest Experience events, which include Miller Park Tours, the Bernie’s Slide Experience, the Selig Experience and the VIP Experience
    • Provide clients and guests with superior service ensuring Brewers hospitality standards are upheld; act as point of contact for all booking, reservations, billing and general correspondence
    • Manage logistics for Guest Experience, including coordination with internal departments and vendors including Grounds, Stadium Operations, ImPark, Performance Clean
    • Work with Ticket Operations to set up web based sales, inventory management and payment collections
    • Supervise all Guest Experience Guides; including hiring, training, scheduling and payroll approvals
    • Assist in development and strategy for new, unique and innovative guest experience opportunities
    • Provide support to Hospitality & Special Events department and assist with other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Supervisory Responsibilities                                                     

    Directly supervise 15-20 part-time employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

     

    Education and/or Experience

    Associates degree from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience in event planning, customer service and/or hospitality; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Computer Skills  

    To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.

     

    Other Skills and Abilities

    Ability to learn and work with computer programs that are necessary for processing of event reservations and payments.        

     

    Language Skills                                                

    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

     

    Mathematical Skills                                                     

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

     

    Reasoning Ability      

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, which may include heat, cold and various forms of precipitation. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

     

    Work Hours                                                     

    Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings, some holidays and during some games.
