Summary Brewers Community Foundation is the charitable arm of Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, and harnesses the pride, passion and commitment of Brewers fans, players and other supporters to positively impact the lives of children and their families in Greater Milwaukee and Wisconsin. This position is responsible for maintaining essential compliance related to the 501 c (3) status of Brewers Community Foundation as well as providing high level administrative support to the Executive Director and BCF staff.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or five plus years of applied experience. Working knowledge of support for a 501c (3) entity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays, including (but not limited to) home game days and special events.
