The Director of Security will be a full-time position, located at Maryvale Baseball Park. This individual will be responsible for providing clear, and concise direction as it pertains to all game-day, and year-round security and safety operations for the Maryvale Site. The Director of Security will be expected to identify and be fully informed about the nature and types of safety and security risks that may affect the Organization and the public attending events at the Maryvale Baseball Park and to develop and implement the appropriate plans, resources, preparedness exercises and controls to mitigate those risks.

Education and/or Experience
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
