  • Overview

    Assist in managing areas of Performance Clean LLC, including cleaning operations, customer service, employee training and safety programs, green cleaning, and the back office.

    • Assist with the preparation of client proposals and renewals.
    • Serve as an internal contact point with clients by assisting with ongoing service matters and the preparation of other deliverables as required. Required to travel to meet with clients and/or site managers as needed.
    • Review and approve requests from Account and Event Managers for equipment and products needed. Will take the lead on resolving daily operational issues that are escalated to this position.
    • Coordinate, communicate and enforce operational processes and policies between field staff, office staff and management staff.
    • Plan and facilitate monthly meetings with Event/Client Managers.
    • Assist with coordination and tracking of weekly meetings with business support departments HR, payroll, accounting and operations.
    • Assist in the creation and monitoring of training programs and standard operating procedures for each client site. Organize related documents on the shared drive and work with HR to ensure the training program is being followed and documented.
    • Assist in the preparation of profitability analysis of all contracts and develop strategies to improve the profitability of accounts.
    • Attend training classes on cleaning processes and techniques to become familiar with the industry.
    • Assist with coordinating all contract billing aspects which include reviewing timekeeping records, (working with Payroll) and reviewing monthly invoices for fixed fee, cost plus and consumable billings.
    • Review accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection on amounts for services provided and payments for inventory, equipment, and other items purchased. Prepare/review prepaid schedules, fixed asset schedules and other balance sheet account reconciliations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain accurate books and records.

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three years related experience and/or training in sales and operations management within a cleaning/janitorial services Company; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Computer Skills  

    To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.    


    Language Skills                                             

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


    Mathematical Skills                                                   

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


    Reasoning Ability      

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  Client facilities may require frequent exposure to outdoor conditions or other various environments.  Frequent local and national travel may be required.


    Work Hours                                                  

    Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, work hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays to support large events.
