Human Resources


The Intern, Human Resources will directly assist the Human Resources department with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, benefits, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, among others. This internship with have opportunities to support both Brewers and Performance Clean Ltd. human resources departments.

  • Assists with projects related to maintenance of personnel, benefits and correspondence files
  • Assists in employment activities including interviews, background checks and orientations, among others
  • Supports recruitment function through updating and posting job opportunities as necessary
  • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports
  • Compiles and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration

Education and/or Experience

Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources, or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Computer Skills  

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.    


Other Skills and Abilities        

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in Spanish preferred

Work Hours                                                  

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, maximum of 29 hours per week.
