The Graphic Designer position will work with the Creative Team to design projects across the entire organization. Primarily, the position will support consumer marketing and ticket sales efforts through the design of forward thinking creative graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the Brewers brand across the entire marketing mix. This position will also work interdepartmentally with other areas such as New Media, Special Events, Retail Merchandising, Food & Beverage, Media Relations, etc. Creativity, hard work, positive attitude, strong attention to detail and dedication are musts.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and/or related field along with 2-3 years of experience in same field.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm; however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays as the project workload dictates.
